AmMetLife Asia Pacific REITS Fund

The Fund seeks to achieve moderate capital appreciation over the medium to long-term horizon, investing mainly in a Target Fund: AmAsia Pacific REITs Fund, a Collective Investment Scheme (CIS) managed by AmFunds Management Berhad, where the Target Fund aims to provide regular income and to a lesser extent, capital appreciation over the medium to long-term by investing in real estate investment trusts (REITs). Returns will be obtained via growth in unit price rather than income distribution.
